Canada Post has announced that they are suspending operations due to a nationwide postal strike. This sudden disruption means we are now transitioning to alternative shipping carriers to keep your orders moving.
We will continue to process and ship orders using these carriers. However, some customers may experience slight delays, and we are working hard to minimize these as much as possible.
Already placed an order?
If your order has already shipped with Canada Post, your package will be safely held and delivered as soon as service resumes.
Delivery coverage
Please note that some remote or rural addresses, as well as P.O. boxes, may not be served by our alternative carriers. If this affects your order, our team will reach out to arrange a solution.
Free shipping threshold
Due to provincial excise taxes on vaping products containing e-liquid, our free shipping minimum remains $49.
