• Orders of $49 or more: standard shipping is free
  
• Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days
  

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier service.

【Express Shipping – Same/Next Day Available】

• Orders under $99: a flat express shipping fee of $20
  
• Orders of $99 or more: express shipping is free
  

Estimated express delivery times vary by region:

• Greater Toronto Area: Order before 11:30 AM on a business day for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered on the next business day.
  
• Montreal / Quebec City Area: Order before 11:30 AM on a business day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered on the following business day.
  
• Ontario regional deliveries: Approximately 1–2 business days
  
• Other Canadian provinces: Approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination
